No one says to themselves-this is Ursa's beloved boy-how can I help. Thats how I see people "this is somebody's sister, or mother or daughter or son. Somebody loves this person most in the world. Once upon a time this old cranky man was sombody's beloved baby and he was cherished- how can I do less" that is what i say to myself at work-when I get irritated with my patients.
