She's as much a woobie as Zuko, being a military genius with an absolutely crazy mother who didn't love her like she did Zuko, even if mommy did burn Zuko's face off (even favorite children need to be punished!) who then has a psychotic break after her two best friends turn out to be sociopaths, playing her for a chump.
