Creator Commentary: Wow, this is the first vid I've made that wasn't for a contest or a fest, or anything.  I just wanted to celebrate having broken down and finally bought a copy of Sony Vegas.  By the way, all those intense Korra feelings I wasn't sure I had?  I have them.  This is not a happy vid.  Poor Korra, baby!

This was really good. Great song choice. I'm not sure how I feel about it because it made me love Korra a lot, but also be really sad for her, and concerned about the lessons she isn't really learning from the Equalist issue, even when I am pleased by her triumphs. So, I guess, good job at putting so much of the complexity/potential complexity of the show into one vid!

It really made me look forward to season 2, oddly enough. It reminded me of all the things I hope they deal with there, and how much I want Korra to have to engage with the aftermath of the Equalists. (Not that I'm certain this will happen, but I'm hoping well see at least a bit?)

Thank you. I love Korra as a character so much, and the show did a really good job making me feel for her. Unfortunately, it also made me spend a lot of time going "No, Korra, no!" when she just continues to not get something. I hope like you do that we will actually see some of the fallout from the Equalists in future seasons, and maybe see Korra deal with the circumstances that led to the Equalists rising in the first place, but I'm very afraid that we won't.
