The rest of the world was probably VERY confused when Ozai became Fire Lord. "Wait, shouldn't IROH be the Fire Lord? Who is this Ozai anyway? Never heard of him before this. Well, he can't be any worse than Azulon." Later on..."OMG, this guy is WORSE than his father!"
