There is nothing that says you must be equally attracted to men and women (or any other gender) to be bi. If that were the case, there would be very few bi people, and I would be a not-quite-good-enough lesbian. *hugs* I will never tell you how to identify, but I certainly wouldn't mind if you decide bisexual fits you best.
