Thank you for such a thoughtful and awesome review of a book I've been thinking of buying for months now -- you've convinced me to finally do it. I do have read around a bit, but everyone was just saying things like, 'IT'S MAYA, YOU MUST READ THIS I LOVED IT SO MUCH OMG' but they didn't go into details because they just assumed that I would love to read anything Maya/Sarah Rees Brennan chose to throw at me -- and it's true, in some way, but! I needed further convincing before taking the time to buy the book online. And now I'm about to do it.
