Now I have a sudden craving for pumpkin pie... Though, I haven't made apple pie in a while... We had like half a dozen of them in as many weeks this past fall, because all three of the small apple trees in our backyard had apples ripening ALL at once, and so we had these gigantic laundry baskets full of apples... and you can really only have so many before you start getting sick of apples. But we had some lovely pies - lots of cinnamon and brown sugar, put on pie crust made from pie dough bought at the little Dutch bakery downtown...

I am hungry, man. :P
