No, it doesn't ever go away, but , I'd prefer you not disrespect her wishes on my livejournal. Seeing as I have a copy, were I comfortable with going against her wishes that way, I'd offer it myself.
Also, seeing as I hope one day hope to be published myself, I don't want to risk alienating anyone I may one day ask for a blurb by flagrantly disregarding their wishes on my livejournal!
