I had forgotten about the semitic languages-wow been so long I-grew up in a predominantly Jewish community in Ohio and I always felt left out as a child that I diddnt have to go to Hebrew school-until I watched my friends writing hebrew-I have enough difficulty printing and cursive (took me 6 months to relearn writing my name when I got married)!!. There are also several things that I cannot do right handed because I'm so strongly left eye dominent. but in both fencing and soccer I always had the advantage of the unexpected. Archery I cant even begin to do right handed because it is so visual and I cant sight right eyed and coordinate my hands. funny though I cant write left handed for anything-I sure wish I could though. laterality is very interesting to me!! also our hemisphere dominance is subtly different in everyone. Very obvious in those who have strokes because different attribuets are affected in different ways. Oh boy I could go forever on this topic!! H
