I couldn't find a will for Harry in the book, but yes, Harry has real money in this universe. JKR said in an interview that the Potters were independently wealthy and that neither James nor Lily worked, instead spent their time working for the Order. She also said the same about Sirius, and I have a feeling his parents might have re-inherited him when he was sent to Azkaban, because he inherited number twelve Grimmauld Place. As the sole inheritor heir of both the Potters and Sirius, Harry may even rival the Malfoys in wealth.
I think Snape would appreciate the irony of inheriting a piece of both the Potter and Black fortunes.
Harry's will as such will not be mentioned in the story, because, except for the epilogue, it all takes prior to Harry's graduation. Also, Snape's safety and job security, at least for a while rely on his identity remaining secret, so Harry wouldn't do anything to jeopardize that. Also, this secret doesn't stay secret for long, at least not for those close to Harry, who have reputations for their curiosity.
I find it difficult to imagine Snape's reaction should Harry try to exercise any parental authority over him. No doubt it would be explosive. Harry feels as if he has a family duty towards Snape, though he expresses it rather awkwardly. Harry is after all, young enough to be Snape's child instead of the other way around. Neither quite knows what to do about their biological link.
