I hurt for them so much. It is horrible to suddenly find yourself related to someone you hate. I would imagine its about a thousand times worse to find out that person is your parent or child. It was bad enough to find out the guy that used to beat the hell out of me was going to be my brother-in-law.
This is a great story, but I have to imagine its kind of painful to write. So many painful emotions swirling around in this fic.
