Ah, Zuzu. Denial is not just a river in Egypt ;). Knowing Katara, she'd probably do her best to get Zuko to admit that he's the Avatar. And Iroh'd keep letting the Water Tribe sibs out of jail to give them tea and teach them how to play Pai Sho, much to Zuko's dismay.
