I AM NOW OFFICIALLY AN EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION MAJOR AT ATHENS STATE, AND I HAVE ENROLLED IN CLASSES FOR THE SPRING SEMESTER!!! I CAME BY MY DREAM LATER THAN SOME, BUT NOW THAT I'VE FOUND IT, I AM NOT GOING TO LET ANYTHING STOP ME. DEPRESSION AND ANXIETY DISORDER CAN KISS MY PRETTY ROUND BEHIND!

And if you're a student at Athens State, drop me a line. Maybe we can get together some time.

WHOOP!!! Congratulations!! Dreams happen when they happen. I'm 33 and just finishing up my Film degree. The advantages of being older than most is that we have our priorities straight, so think of it that way. You're more mature, you're not messing around, you know what you want and you will go for it. I am so very happy for you!!! *huggles*

*huggles right back* the other nice thing is that I'm starting out with all my general ed requirements taken care of already. I get to throw myself right into teaching courses.
